Regolo.ai enables developers and businesses to integrate state-of-the-art AI models into their applications with a single, familiar API contract — the OpenAI standard. Users can swap their existing base URL and API key with no code rewrites, leveraging frameworks like LangChain, LlamaIndex, and the official OpenAI SDK without friction. The platform offers both a curated library of core models (chat, reasoning, vision, tools, embeddings, STT) and a custom model deployment service where users can bring any supported model from Hugging Face and deploy it on dedicated GPU hardware in European data centers.

Three core principles define Regolo.ai and differentiate it from other AI inference providers:

- **Zero Data Retention**: No prompts, outputs, or API call content are ever stored, logged, or reused. Data is processed in-memory only and permanently discarded immediately after the response is delivered. This goes beyond GDPR compliance to offer maximum privacy.

- **100% Renewable Energy**: All inference runs on GPU servers powered entirely by wind, solar, and other clean energy sources. Data centers use no water-based cooling, and hardware follows a circular lifecycle with refurbishment and responsible recycling. Certified under ISO 14001, qualified by the Green Web Foundation, and DNSH (Do No Significant Harm) compliant under the EU Taxonomy Regulation.

- **European Sovereignty**: All infrastructure is physically located in data centers in Italy (Lazio and Lombardy), operating under European jurisdiction. Data never leaves European soil. The platform is fully GDPR compliant and proactively aligned with the EU AI Act.
